Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds Brussels-Sprouts, trimmed and halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Optional- 1/4Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

Preheat Oven- Preheat your oven at 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Brussels Sprouts- In a Large-Bowl, Toss The Brussels-Sprouts with Olive-Oil, Salt, and Pepper Until they’re Evenly Coated.

Roast- Spread the Brussels- Sprouts on a Baking Sheet in a Single Layer. Roast in the Preheated Oven for 20to25 mint, Stirring Halfway Through to Ensure Even Cooking. They Must be golden brown and crispy on the edges.

Make Glaze- While the Sprouts are Roasting, in a Small Saucepan, mix balsamic vinegar and honey (or maple syrup) over medium heat. Simmer for a few minutes until it slightly thickens.

Finish- Once the Brussels sprouts are done, transfer them to a serving bowl. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the roasted sprouts and toss gently to coat.

Optional- For an Extra Touch, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

These caramelized Brussels sprouts with a tangy glaze make a delightful side dish!
